Add support for typeahead plugin
...
This provides live suggestions for search terms using the AJAX backend
that comes with DokuWiki. However, it provides an interface
which fits in better with the bootstrap theme and feels smoother to
the user. This was shamelessly stolen from the Bootstrap3 plugin.
